Change in Management & Partnership
We are pleased to confirm that on the 1st February 2023, Croft Hall Medical Practice was subject to a change in Management & Partnership.
Dr Ahmed and Dr Allinson, who already look after a number of successful practices across the country, will bring their innovative and patient centred model to this Practice.
As patients you should only see positive changes and we are pleased to say that the team here will remain in place. Whilst you may not necessarily get an opportunity to see Dr Ahmed or Dr Allinson personally, rest assured that all of the Clinical and Non-Clinical team will be under the expert guidance of the new Partners, which should enhance the experience and service that you receive.
Join our Patient Feedback Group
The practice is committed to developing the service we provide to our patients.
To do this, we would like to encourage our patients to share their experiences, views, and ideas.
This will allow us to make changes that will improve Croft Hall medical practice.
By expressing an interest, you will be helping us to involve patients in future plans and developments and give us the opportunity to listen and act on feedback.
If you think that this would be something you would like to get involved in, please let us know by contacting Tracey Hawkins on our enquiries email address.
We are a one partnered site, providing care for approximately 8,200 patients with a practice area that extends across the whole of Torquay and parts of Paignton. We employ a full range of professional medical and clerical staff and our large, spacious premises enable us to house additional services. We have a strong focus on training and development within the practice and accommodate GP Registrars, nursing students and administration apprentices.
Based in the heart of Torquay, close to the local bus and train station, there are three waiting areas available for patients, which provide a comfortable waiting space. The practice building is also served by a lift which provides access the first and second floor of the building. We operate a smoke-free policy and the building and car park are non-smoking areas.
