Patient Online Access To Their GP Record

Patients are now able to book appointments, order their repeat prescriptions and view their summary care record online. You will need to register for this service either online using the link below or pop into the surgery and ask our receptionists. You will be asked to provide us with a form of identification (for example, preferably photographic I.D or a utility bill) to access this service. Your registration will not be activated fully until you have provided us with this identification.
